Terms of service

1. Agreement and authorized use

These terms govern the Personnel Security System provided by Information Protection Solutions International. By accepting these terms when registering or purchasing, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, where authorized, your organization. An organization’s separate signed agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms. Do not accept for a facility unless you have authority to do so.

2. Accounts and facility responsibilities

Use accurate account information, protect sign-in credentials and authentication factors, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Facility administrators are responsible for assigning and removing access, obtaining necessary notices and permissions for employee and third-party information, and deciding which information may be submitted. You retain ownership of your submitted content and authorize us to process it only as necessary to provide the service, follow authorized instructions and meet legal obligations.

3. Subscription, renewal and cancellation

The standard subscription is $5,999 per year per facility for 1–100 employees. More than 100 employees requires a separate quote. The checkout page and any signed order specify the applicable charges and taxes. Annual subscriptions renew annually at the disclosed rate unless canceled before renewal; any price changes will be communicated before they apply.

To cancel future renewal, email celeste@ipsi-global.com from an authorized facility account before the renewal date. Include the facility name and purchase reference; do not include payment-card details. You retain access for the remainder of the paid term. Payments are nonrefundable, including unused portions of a term, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect. Cancellation requests are handled by our team; the service does not currently provide a self-service cancellation control.

4. Acceptable use and prohibited information

Do not submit classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), covered defense information, export-controlled technical data or information your contract or facility rules prohibit in this hosted environment. Do not misuse another person’s account, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, infringe rights, or use the service for unlawful activity. Follow your facility’s instructions for sensitive identity data and official submissions. We may suspend access reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, material violations or security risks, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.

5. Records, third-party services and ending service

The service supports collection and review; it does not decide eligibility for a clearance, adjudicate investigations or automatically submit records to government systems. Customers must verify form completeness, signatures, destinations and required reporting. Third-party payment, hosting, email and document services have their own terms. Contact us before service ends to arrange available exports and record handling; copies delivered to your own systems remain your responsibility. Retention and deletion are described in the privacy policy and any separate processing agreement.

6. No government endorsement or compliance guarantee

This is an independent commercial workflow service, not a DoD or DCSA service. It is not represented as FedRAMP authorized, GovCloud hosted, government accredited, or a substitute for CMMC, NIST, NISPOM or contract-specific requirements. See the government and data-handling disclaimer. Training, reminders and AI-assisted bulletin content are informational; validate current requirements with official sources and your security office.

7. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, an inspection outcome or a clearance decision. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable nonwaivable consumer protections.

8. Law, changes and contact

Virginia law governs these terms, without overriding mandatory protections of applicable law. Contact us first to discuss a dispute; no mandatory arbitration or waiver of nonwaivable legal rights is imposed here. Material changes will be notified before they apply where required by law; new payment terms will not retroactively change a paid order.
